more detail. For example, look at the effect of adaptive vs innate
immunity. Also, I could isolate progenitors that express

Vaccinate mice with telomerase and determine if healing rates decrease
SCID mouse experiment

o measure healing rates in mice with SCID

ELISA and ELISPOT against stem cell antigens

o telomerase may be a good antigen to choose

Immunosignature of old compared with young

o Perhaps entropy of immunosignature (distributions of peptide
intensities) could be a good thing to measure

Tolerance induction (engineered dendritic cells)

o induce tolerance for stem cells or stem cell markers

Replace immune system

o take away old immune system and replace it with fresh cells
