Obtained sequence results for the "Cbx3" fragments on the 8-20-13 gel.

The expected 1682 bp fragment was present with the naive cDNA template and aligned with Cbx3. The fragment around 1 kb that I was interested in with the tumor did not sequence well. Many of the other fragments aligned with a transcript called Hnrnpul1.
