- pydio (formerly ajax explorer or something)
- -this dms looks very promising. The interface is also very slick.

s: free webhost with pear
- siteground isn't free but is fairly cheap, supports pear, and has good customer service; pre 02-08-2015d1607
- It looks like squirrel host has pear and is also free

I could also just host pydio from my own pc with the xampp server software as long as I can forward a port on my router
How I like to setup Pydio initially.
- I like to adjust the amount of time that Pydio waits before trying to kick a user out, and I also like to adjust the maximum file size upload limit (see notes about these things elsewhere (below)).
- I like to use the jumploader with chrome to enable whole folder with subfolders and files upload

- --I need to use jumploader with chrome for it to work. Note that I can also have the standard uploader and the jumploader enabled and allow the user to switch between them.

Yes, in the gui.ajax plugin, the Client Session Timeout.
Find it here: Feature plugins, graphical user interface, client plugin, client session config, client timeout

- forum post 02-11-2015d2216: full url path to file
- -Is there a way to get the full url to a file? For example, in Linux, and with some programs in Windows, you can right click a file and get the full filepath to the file. Right now in Pydio I have to navigate to the folder with the file, copy the url from the web browser address bar, paste this somewhere, get the text for the file by choosing to rename it and copying the text, and then manually appending this to the folder url I copied. I really wish there was a quicker way to get the full url to a file.

I would like to use pydio for my personal file storage with my files hosted online so they are accessible by me and others I allow. What kind of options do I have. Do you have some kind of plan like Dropbox where I could pay $10 per month for 1 TB of storage? If you do not have such a plan, do you know of a free webhost with "PEAR" so that I can connect pydio to dropbox as decribed in the article "Accessing an existing Dropbox" found at the link https://pyd.io/accessing-dropbox/. What kind of options do I have to be able to use pydio without hosting it from my own computer and forwarding ports on my router? I don't really consider forwarding ports a viable option for me. Thanks for any help and information you have to offer me!
