11. It may not be possible to successfully nanodropped a sample after an
ampure PCR purification. In the past, very low concentrations are
obtained with an odd 260/280 ratio (maybe around 0.8 instead of 1.8).
Therefore, it may not be worth nanodropping.

Here's a note from Andrey: When nanodropping sample or transferring

sample, it may be wise to place the tube onto the magnetic plate to
exclude any remaining magnetic beads leftover.
o When this was tried, good nanodrop readings were still not
obtained.
