Basically how to use the most informative sequences from the immunosignature to classify or determine what the original antigen is.
The program from Josh can find sequences unique to the disease, and Krupa was trying to use these sequences to classify.

-In this email she uses the term "umbrella" which just means all othe epitopes bound by an antibody. For example, an antibody against p53 might bind RHSVV, RHSVI, etc. All of these epitopes would be the "umbrella" of the antibody.
