First you need to get a new key and private key by entering all the information in the fields in the ssh section of the cpanel and generating these. You will need to choose a passphrase/password which you will use at later steps.
Then you need to copy the text from the private key and paste it into a ppk file.
Then you need to open the ppk file into puttykey generator and generate the key.
This key needs to be loaded into pageant
Then you can remote with putty using your personal webhost url name, the correct port, and everything.
