Often when I exercise indoors I don't sweat. Or my muscles might get too sore before I start sweating. I wanted to find an aerobic like exercise routine that could get me sweating in 20-30 min without getting my muscles too sore. Now I think I've found one 10-13-2014d2132.
- Just alternate between jogging in place while bringing knees up to palms, a pushup(s), jumping jacks and some bar lifts (lifting a bar with weights from the ground above your head). I can start sweating with just 20 min of this.
