The last time Johnny made a gal file for me, he did something like
pasting the concatenated 32 plate file into the 10k key. He then split up
each part of the concatenated 10k key part, and sorted everything by
column B, C, and D (plate number, and then row and column or vice versa).
He then took this onto the Nanoprint computer in the back to make the
final gal file.
