I plan to try to amplify transcripts with RRS8+FRS8 and REATr+FEATr
starting from RNA again.
With PrimeSTAR Max perhaps a reasonable procedure would be to add 1 uL of
2 uM each primer and do 30 cycles. Then add 1 uL 10 uM each primer, 5 uL
H20, 5 uL PrimeSTAR Max Premix, and perform 10 more cycles.
