Need to find out the function of the sequence GRCm38.p1 (sequence 71) on
my single clone scatterplot.
After some research, I found out that GRCm38.p1 is just a whole mouse
chromosome sequence.
I found that sequence 71 actually aligns best with the mouse
mitochondrial genome.
