azim58 - Transcript orientation question 6-23-13

An mRNA transcript can insert into the pSMART2IF vector in the forward
orientation. However, the two in-fusion sites are identical. Therefore,
sequences can insert into the vector in either orientation. When a
sequence inserts into the vector in the reverse orientation, does it
insert into the vector with the reverse sequence or the reverse
complement sequence? <- The answer to this question it that the sequence
inserts with the reverse complement sequence.
