Analysis

These results did not turn out very well. The correlation coefficient
between samples is not very good, and the 0.1 nM secondary sample has a
lower intensity than the 0.01 nM sample. Fortunately, these samples do
have a lower intensity than the 5 nM samples. I think the cause of these
unexpected results was that the single chamber frames had very old rubber
gaskets which do not seal well and cause leaking to occur. This leaking
resulted in several slides breaking when the chamber was opened, and
streaks on the slides also made it so that many spots had to be marked as
bad rather than analyzed.
