Test of FACS sorting of cells into single colonies 4-4-12
I will prepare an overnight culture of my top binding tumor cDNA library
spot and meet with Tong Fu to see if the FACS works tomorrow. I will
choose the top binding tumor cDNA library spot as shown in this
presentation:

I will start an overnight culture of this.

After the FACS is performed, I plan to grow the cultures up and plate the
isolated facs colony cultures as a well as a non-facs culture as a
negative control. I will then pick several colonies and perform pcr to
see if they have different sized inserts or the same insert.
