azim58 - Some heatmap info 5-7-12

===========================================================================
I made a variety of different heatmaps which can be found
here
L:\storage\CIM Research Folder\DR\2012\5-7-12
and here
L:\storage\CIM Research Folder\DR\2012\5-8-12

As of right now, I'm thinking I will use the single color scheme step
earth color heatmaps in which the highest intensities are the whitest or
palest. I think I will use this heatmap for the 329 SMC1fs peptides among
the different absorbing conditions.

clustered.svg
This heatmap makes use of the heirarchically clustered SMC1fs data found
here
L:\storage\CIM Research Folder\DR\2012\5-7-12\data.txt
and associated with this spreadsheet
L:\storage\CIM Research Folder\DR\2012\5-5-12\smc1fs anal\329 peptides in
blocking experiment.xlsx

For the cross-reactivity heatmap, I think I will use the map found here:
L:\storage\CIM Research Folder\DR\2012\5-8-12\cross reactivity earth
palette sat adj.svg
which makes use of the data from here
"L:\storage\CIM Research Folder\DR\2012\5-7-12\cross_reactivity_data.txt"
and here
"L:\storage\CIM Research Folder\DR\2012\5-3-12\figs from Shen\cross
reaction\heatmap.xls"

Now I am going to try to make a heatmap of just the top 50 binding
peptides in the rabbit SMC1fs 1:500 sample (3-18-12).

Now I think I'll use the single color scheme step earth color heatmap
with the highest intensity as the whites or palest. I will use this
heatmap for the 50 SMC1fs peptides among the different absorbing
conditions.

I also made a heatmap of the pqre-like peptides and the hee peptides.

"L:\storage\CIM Research Folder\DR\2012\5-9-12 dot 2100\hee peptide

The spreadsheet for this data can be found here

peptides with motif.xlsx"
