Shen has an ELISPOT set and before he had an ELISPOT kit from BD. He said
that using one plate from the set is quite expensive so it would be
better to use many samples to fill the plate. Maybe I will do an ELISPOT
together with him. He also said that there is a different type of plate
that I might be able to use with few samples. Then I can use the
different reagents from the kit such as the IFN-gamma antibody and
everything.
