8-13-12
Glycerol stocks from the 16E3 library were spread out onto LB plates to
obtain single colonies. 10 colonies from each stock were grown overnight
and miniprepped. The plasmids were used for sequencing, and the remaining
material was stored.

9 original glycerol stock were spread onto plates. 10 colonies from each
plate (actually only 8 from 29A5 glycerol stock) were miniprepped.
see Tumor vs normal on 2-17-12_16E3 spot 2 for information about the
selection of the spots.

I would like to analyze these sequences to see if they are in frame, and
to see how soon a stop codon occurs.
