After the slides have been printed on, how should the slides be prepared
before applying sera?

The regular post print wash buffer (aka Matt's buffer) (7.33%

acetonitrile, 33% isopropanol, 0.55% TFA) works
o I tried this buffer on the 9-23-11 Cell Lysate Printing 7
experiment and everything seemed to work fine.

Who manufactures these?

The nitrocellulose slides that SCHOTT sold were manufactured in

conjunction with Sartorius in Germany. We have had inconsistent quality
problems in supplying customers, and so have suspended deliveries while
we decide how to proceed. I truly apologize for the inconvenience this
