Genetic Immunization = (1 shot per ear with each shot consisting of 1 ug


SMC1 wt+fs/pcMVi-rCOMTT and 1 ug CpG2395)


Protein boost = (5 ug SMC1fs fused with GST along with Alum)


Peptide boost = (5 ug peptide per mouse)
