try actin antibody on array

Message from Bart: Before proceeding with a trace amount on the

arrays I would try putting an anti-actin or other control mAb on the
array at a very dilute concentration to see what your limit of
detection is.

maybe this is not the best idea because I don't know if actin will be

in the correct reading frame. I wonder if I should clone the SMC1fs
gene in the pSMART vector (rather than just the pGEX vector), and then
put lysate from this onto the array to make sure that I can detect it.
