Create a cancer vaccine that involves frameshifts of wild-type proteins
even house-keeping wild-type proteins. Cancer cells may produce
frameshifted proteins during translation as they try to produce proteins
very rapidly and make mistakes. Some researchers have even claimed that
the rate of aging can be related to the rate of protein synthesis in
cells since faster rates may lead to more mistakes and protein
misfolding. Perhaps some of these mistakes lead to frameshifts that can
be used to target cancer cells and other cells that may start to
synthesize proteins in a "sloppy" fashion.

Immunize with several irradiated cancer types. Researchers have already
demonstrated that immunizing with irradiated cancer cells can prevent
cancer against that same cancer cell line type, but this vaccine does not
protect against other types. Why not just immunize with many different
irradiated cancer types to avoid "overfitting" just as one must provides
lots of different training data to a machine learning algorithm to avoid
overfitting to one type of data.

Put the body in a situation in which it is of greater benefit for certain
cells to cooperate with the rest of the cells rather than to serve
themselves alone.
Note that the cancer vaccine strategy kind of trains a better police
force. This is a good thing, and would be good in many situations.
However, if you have a great police force, but the environment is
terrible, the criminals will just keep arising.
I wonder what types of things could be done to put cells in a situation
in which it is an advantage to cooperate. Perhaps slightly challenging
the body in a way in which it can overcome the challenge if the cells
cooperate is a good way to get cells to cooperate. Perhaps exercising or
eating fibrous foods are examples of such slight challenges.

Perform a method like SEREX to find tumor sera reactive tumor proteins,
but perform this method using sera from a patient that went into
remission. In such a patient, the chances may be more likely that their
immune system developed an antibody that was effective at fighting the
tumor
