I currently have about 1.89e6 colonies and I want 3e6 so I have 1.11e6
left. With my current transformation efficiency usually yielding around
4e4 colonies total in a tube I have about 1.11e6/4e4=27.75
transformations left.
So I should prepare 2*28 = 56 LB plates for that.
