This version of the percentile function returns the same values as the percentile function in excel.
^Where did I originally find this? As I remember, I think I saw some code posted on some forum about percentile function that would match results of excel in another programming language (not Java), I think I then had to translate and modify this code (using Java) to make sure the results matched the Excel results. I cannot find the original forum anymore.
