Screened pools from tumor cDNA library for presence of 13 validated mouse
chimeric transcripts from Hojoon.
Mara started this PCR, and then I came in for the "hot start" and
thermocycle part.

Note that 8 of the 13 validated mouse transcripts (from Hojoon) are
present in at least one of the two tumor cDNA library plasmid pools that
I screened. They originally only detected 4 of these transcripts in 4T1
cDNA previously.
