Possible immunization schedule:

o Genetic immunization 3 times spaced 3 weeks
- protein boost does not boost T cell response much

o Genetic immunization day 1, genetic immunization day 3, wait two
weeks and then a protein boost
o CTL responses peak around 6 days after primary immunization or 4
days after boost immunization (Irvine et al., 1997). Spleens or serum
can be harvested 2 to 3 weeks after last immunization. (from Current

Mice: B6 mice give better CTL responses than Balb/c mice
