I found out I have done this protocol once before with Felicia. The
protocol I used was almost exactly the same except for after step 7, I
allowed the plate to sit for 2 minutes on the bench.

This is the protocol I had typed up and used the day I used it (as you
see it was June 24).
The reason we had used this before was to purify our PCR product in order
to do an IVT reaction. Our nanodrop concentration was 24.3ng/uL and the
second tube was 35.5ng/uL, which is a decent yield.

It's a pretty easy protocol. Oh and we do have the magnet plates and all
that we need. And I'm pretty sure we don't have to do this just in the
96-well plate, that we can do it in a small test tube too. We have a
magnetic 1.5mL tube holder that we can use (Mark uses it for IVT all the
time).
