List of things we need to buy at the moment (for protocol of induction of
CTL activity and for flow cytometry assay):

Sodium pyruvate (will need 1mM of it in our "sentization medium" (see
induction protocol)

maybe see if we already have this? check with Penny?

Mytomicin C (will need to be in HBSS) do we have HBSS? Do we buy it
already in HBSS?

will need to add 0.5mg/m to get a final concentration of 25ug/mL - see

induction protocol

Con A (adjuvent)

will need to add to spleenic lymphoblasts ~2ug/mL (see the protocol

under the 51-Cr paper under prep of cells)
