Modifications or Additional Notes to Protocol
- It may be better to incubate sera/binding buffer solution in column
rocker for a time
- Note that when nanodropping, make sure to blank with a solution
appropriate ratio
- Binding Buffer: 0.1 M Sodium Acetate pH 5.0 (pH adjusted with 1 M HCl)
- Elution Buffer: 0.1 M citric Acid pH 2-3
