Modifications or Additional Notes to Protocol

It may be better to incubate sera/binding buffer solution in column

with protein G solution while the column is sealed and shaking on a
rocker for a time

Note that when nanodropping, make sure to blank with a solution

containing the elution buffer and neutralization buffer in the
appropriate ratio

Binding Buffer: 0.1 M Sodium Acetate pH 5.0 (pH adjusted with 1 M HCl)
Elution Buffer: 0.1 M citric Acid pH 2-3
