azim58 - Identifying T lymphocytes

So far I am having a hard time finding information on how to easily
identify T lymphocytes. Maybe I am looking incorrectly or maybe it just
is a little difficult to find this information.

This is probably the better paper I've found but it's confusing and I
need to look into the resourced they have used (the methods part isn't
very detailed) but now Debi is here to eat and I'm starving!

I'm also even having problems finding a good estimate of the size of a
human T lymphocyte... Sigh. I'll keep working on it, perhaps with some
direction from you, once I have food in my belly.

Oh and the only thing i've really seen for that is that T lymphocytes are
about the same size as red blood cells which are 9um.

cell which is about 9 um, then it seems like you are basically done and
now you can make the scale bars.
