- start a section (place cursor where you want the section to start)
- -page layout->breaks continuous
- end the section (place cursor where you want the section to end)
- create a header
- -insert->header->deselect link to previous->enter what you want on the header->play around with the spacing and the "Insert Alignment Tab" until it looks the way you want it to
- make sure the headers before and after the section look the way you want it to (just delete all the text if you don't want any header)

You can also use Section Breaks to identify the pages that you need the header on. Here is how to add Section Breaks:
Place your cursor at the end of page 1 and then on the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click on Breaks and then select Continuous under Section Breaks.
Place your cursor at the end of page 3 and then repeat the steps to add a Continuous Section Break.
Ok, we're halfway there, now all you have to do is identify the Header you want to appear in what will be Section 2 (Pages 2 & 3). Here's how to do that:
Go to page 2 and then double-click the white area where the Header is to display the Header & Footer Tools | Design tab and before you type the necessary header, make sure you deselect the Link to Previous command in the Navigation group for all Sections.
While in the Section 2 Header, enter your necessary Header.
Now the header you entered appears in Section 2 - pages 2 & 3 only.
