• Perform overnight 23 C primary incubation
• block with Super G buffer
• use nitrocellulose slides the next day after the slide has been

printed on rather than waiting too long

• wash the pins between each print. (dip pins into peptide solution,

pretap 5 times, print onto slide, wash pins, and then dip into next
peptide solution)
