Quantification of bands 6-24-13d1006
Now that I have quantified the bands I can figure out how to setup the
pJET cloning reaction.
Need to know how much DNA corresponds to 0.15 pmol ends for all 3 bands
- 15 pmol ends of top band. I would say the top band is around 460bp
