I have organized my previous data. It locates at \\biofs.biodesign.asu.edu\CIM\Research\DocInABox\People\Tiger\Entroy Study


The file is "FVBN 2013 Time series study" is a new experiment I did. This one should be better for low batch effect and more time points. 





    In "20130501_FVBN time series", I used Tg8-1-1(15.1wks to 45.4wks) and WT2-3(21.4wks to 43.3wks) both with time points at every two weeks. 


    In "20130517_FVBN time series_pilot2", I used Tg8-3-9(19.3wks to 41.1wks) and WT1-3(24.1wks to 41.1wks) also at every two weeks interval. 





For the previous FVBN 10K V2 one, I think we can first check for the new time series one and I will organize it later.
