Bart sent me the link to a folder with the good gprs in it (note that some individuals from each "class" were run on each wafer, but not every individual was run on each wafer)

- -There are also folder locations for chip 135 and 137 (instead of 108)

- There are some dual color gprs. The first color (532 nm) is for IgG and the second color (635 nm) is for IgM.
- here is a sheet about wafers run for DTRA grant 9-28-13.pdf

Wafer 152 is supposed to be a very good wafer. This is an NSB wafer.
- gpr files can be found from here
- -There is 900 and 910AL data. Bart says the 910AL gives a better dynamic range.
- -There is F532 and F635 data. I will use the F532.
- -Some of the gpr files on slide 11 just had a name like b1, b2, b3. This referred to the block number. The row letter was also given in the gpr filename. In order to look up the actual sample, I looked in the workbook in the slide 11 folder.
- -some results from an analysis of this wafer found here
