This lysate was harder to scan. I was able to scan it without an
extremely high background on the scanner in Josh Lebaer's lab.
Several scanning parameters were used
20 gain 25 laser power
10 gain 10 laser
5 gain 10 laser
Note: Notch of nitrocellulose slides is on upper right when the slide is
on the right orientation.
Unfortunately, I lost the jump drive which I saved these images to during
my Thanksgiving trip to Cedar City.
My parents found the jump drive and mailed it to me!
