This print was of SMC1fs cell lysate diluted into plain non-induced
pET32b lysate printed onto a nitrocellulose slide. Although the spot
sizes are a little on the large side, there is not much smearing. The
intensity of the 1X and 0.5X spots are also clearly high enough to detect
over a negative spot.
