Things to Keep in Mind

Decrease Z-axis speed to <20 mm/sec to avoid nitrocellulose damage
A19 GST-SMC1fs was diluted (1/4 dilution)
A13-A16 were prepared by diluting pGEX-SMC1fs into pET32b non-induced (I

ran out of pET32b induced)
8-11-11: Now I will wait for my sample nitrocellulose slides to arrive.
8-24-11: The sample nitrocellulose slides never did arrive. I plan to
print onto the other array types anyway tomorrow.
