Since the last overnight print run did not work well, we will test
another print run 1 hr and overnight with the different blocking buffers.

Setup:
1 slide BSA primary incubation 1 hr
1 slide Super G primary incubation 1 hr
1 slide BSA primary incubation 16 hr
1 slide Super G primary incubation 16 hr

Slide print order in printing machine: the slide closest to the open room
was printed first and the other slides were printed in order working back.
Johnny said that there was a slight mistake and reprint of about the
first 3 spots on the top part of the slides. Hopefully, this will not
cause too much of a problem.

Summary

o basically The Super G results in less smearing, and the overnight
conditions resulted in higher signals. I was able to detect 1/1000
and even 1/10000 SMC1fs dilutions above background.
