Notes for Improvement:
When cloning scFv into PCANTAB

understand and read about i j ratios
just use 3X more insert not 6X more insert otherwise different

inserts can ligate to eachother

use calf intestinal phosphotase instead of shrimp phosphotase (follow

protocol or titrate to see how little I need or don't use it at all)

precipitate with tRNA instead of glycogen
put a stuffer into the PCANTAB so that I can separate cut from uncut

plasmid
