This presentation discusses the various hypotheses that could be tested with AbStat, changes in entropy with removal of peptides, and disease vs normal data mining (for several different datasets).

Shen was interested in whether the trend between breast cancer and normal changed with the peptide removal graphs
Shen would like to see the same type of peptide removal analysis with another dataset
Bart was interested in comparing samples from different sources
Tiger and Josh thought I should randomly assign classes multiple times and record a standard deviation
Krupa said there was a good paper that says it's good to use all of the features
Phil mentioned that I could look at the poly-specific antibodies from Rebecca
