A Sequencher file can be found here "S:\Research\Cancer_Eradication\Users\kwhittem\DR\2013\7-17-13\sequencing files 7-17-13\sequencing results trimmed 7-17-13.SPF" basically I know what the slain fragments are and the wild type smc fragment, but I don't know the sequence from the smc_fus primer yet. I'll have to screen my minipreps, and then send that for sequencing if the fragment is present.
