--2E4 is the polyreactive antibody.  PBEF is a monoclonal IgM against the PBEF protein (2E4 is also IgM).  none is a secondary only control.
--message from Rebecca: "T" or "B" means top or bottom, then there is the antibody name, date, slide batch, and "H" or "L" indicates high or low PMT scan.  For any more details, you can check my notebook.  I'm not sure why I put the "fAb vs Ig" in the same folder - that is not really related.

-If this experiment also contained a high affinity IgG antibody, then I might include it into my dissertation.  However, this experiment just contains one IgM antibody against a specific target and a poly-specific IgM antibody.
