Mobiki is a simple wiki engine without support for page history or backlinks.  However, it is indexed by google, uses text files for the pages, and automatically indexes added text files even if they are synced to server from local hard drive.

How can I run mobiki or any other php program/site from my local computer?
-just install software like wamp or xampp
-I tried it with xampp and it works.  Just install xampp, start the Apache and MySQL services from the control panel (the MySQL service may not be necessary), and then copy the folder with the php stuff you want to run into the htdocs subdirectory of xampp on the C drive.  Then just point your browser to localhost/folder_you_just_installed, and it worked for me!

contacted creator about tabs issue.  I didn't see a fast way to do this from his response.
