investigation into phage issue for Chris 11-10-2014d1134 some records from [Map of Experiments for Phage Library] * Phage on Array schematic 9-7-09 --pg. 112 of pdf --scFv9 was used ---previously I had referred to a "scFv plasmid" --M13K07 was used --In my notebook previously I have notes about M13KE plasmid --Note that previously around (7-12-09) I made a scFv library from Ewha University in Korea. I'm not sure if I ever put this onto the array though --helper plasmids were previously obtained from Los Alomos (M13cp and M13cp-CT) --DH10B cells were transformed with scFv9 monoclonal plasmid * phage on array calculations 9-7-09 * phage array protocol 9-17-09 I could also look through my computer files from about 6-2-09 to 10-1-09 in the cim folder. . -I looked through my old computer files, but I didn't find anything useful in relation to the query of Chris.
