method 1
-store the currently read pdfs on google drive and/or dropbox
-read and annotate the pdfs in the cloud storage from my phone with
repligo reader
-read and annotate the pdfs in the cloud storage from my desktop using
FoxIt reader (note that in Foxit reader highlights do not get summarized
later on with the actual text of the highlight so I need to highlight and
then also make a textbox which can be sized down so it doesn't take up so
much space)
-summarize comments with foxit reader
-put summarized comments on wiki so they can be searched for later and
connected to other information

method 2
-store everything on phone until I'm done with it or on google drive so
that the document can be edited from multiple android devices
-read and annotate the pdfs from my phone with repligo reader
-read and annotate the pdfs from my desktop using Teamviewer quicksupport
to remotely control phone and use repligo reader on phone
-summarize comments with foxit reader
-put summarized comments on wiki so they can be searched for later and
connected to other information
