Note that to host a document management system, you can place the document management system folder in the htdocs folder of the wamp or xampp folders.  Then you can access your personal pc from anywhere using a vpn program ([vpn programs portal 12-20-2014d1323]) or a no ip address service like noip to make it so that your dynamic ip address is static
