I have purified mouse tumor sera with random peptide tentagel beads (a
pool of 6 different types of random peptide beads). I think it would be
interesting to see if these purified antibodies can bind to the peptides
on the random peptide array that were used to purify them.
The sera for these samples comes from here:

I would need 6 arrays to test 6 types of samples in duplicate.
2 reps for tumor unbound antibody fraction
2 reps for tumor eluted non-dialyzed fraction
2 reps for tumor eluted dialyzed fraction
2 reps for naive unbound antibody fraction
2 reps for naive eluted non-dialyzed fraction
2 reps for naive eluted dialyzed fraction

The array core will run these samples.
