The Biodesign Institute announces a new program to provide travel funds
to assist career development for graduate students, postdoctoral
associates, and junior faculty. The grants (up to $1,000) will cover
travel-related expenses for individuals to attend a meeting/conference
to convey their newest research accomplishments. The review committee,
comprised of Biodesign Outreach Advisory Team members, will rank
competitive applications and will respond quickly to requests (given at
least one month review prior to intended travel).

Please contact Kathy Montalvo (Kathy.Montalvo@asu.edu) to receive the
application form and additional information about the grant. Be prepared
to summarize how you will professionally benefit from participating in
the program and how your research outcomes will positively impact the
Biodesign Institute. We look forward to hearing about your
opportunities to present your accomplishments.
