3000 lysate wells will be transferred to 384 well plates.

The basic process for this was to shake my 96 well plates in a plate
mixer at 1250 rpm for 30 s, and then centrifuge 2000 pm 5 min. The Biomek
protocol (something like 10 K Kurt was used to transfer the samples over
to 384 well plates).
