Tumor Antibody Dot Blot Summary 8-24-12
6 random peptides selected to bind to tumor were spotted onto a
nitrocellulose membrane along with a negative control ova peptide. Each
peptide was spotted onto the membrane 3 times. There were 4 identical
membranes. One was probed with no antibody, one was probed with secondary
antibody only (goat anti-mouse IgG H+L AF647), one was probed with mouse
naïve antibody, and one was probed with the elution fraction 1 of
purified mouse tumor antibody.

There does not appear to be significantly higher binding for any of the
peptides with the EF1 tumor ab sample compared with the other samples.
There might be some higher binding for peptide 1, 5, and 2.
