Experiment performed on 2-3-12

Decanting the supernatent to get rid of unbound antibody definitely does
seem to make a difference. The decanted sample had a lower intensity on
the histogram plot than the non-decanted sample. However, neither of
these negative control samples had intensity as high as an actual sample
with CD8 T cells. See summary below for more details.
